The Otolaryngologist Association of Bihar is undergoing a transformation led by a passionate new governing body. Key initiatives include developing a modern, user-friendly website to connect and engage the ENT community, strengthening partnerships with neighboring associations, and expanding outreach to hospitals and clinics in peripheral areas. Efforts are also underway to increase attendance at events, with compelling agendas and renowned speakers. The association is empowering the next generation of ENT specialists through mentorship and leadership programs, ensuring its future relevance. The spirit of camaraderie and shared purpose continues to drive the association’s growth and impact.

It is both an honour and a privilege to be the President of the Bihar and Jharkhand Association of Otolaryngologist of India. I take inspiration from all the previous office bearers and senior members of the association for the dedication and hard work they have done to bring our association to this high level. Otolaryngology, with its diverse subspecialties, plays a pivotal role in improving the quality of life for countless individuals. Our collective commitment to advancing patient care, research, and education is going to propel our association forward.
